Competentum has a team of over 200 professionals including software and content developers, instructional designers, artists, mangers and support staff. Majority of Competentum employees have advanced degrees in Applied Math, Computer Science, Economics, Management, and Sciences. Competentum Group works closely with leading Russian universities: Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and Moscow State University.

We have a special Content Development Department with teams dedicated to various content development projects. All content developers have BS or MS degree in Math and Sciences and experience in real scientific projects. Competentum CDD includes over 80 specialists: content developers, QA engineers, subject matter experts, and team managers.
